PHP/MySQL Developer/Web Application Developer

Golden Technologies of Valparaiso is seeking a multi-tasking self-starting PHP/MySQL programmer.

Job requirements:
Extensive knowledge of PHP, PERL, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL databases. Ability to learn new languages and new techniques while working on projects. At least 2 years working experience. Basic Unix/Linux knowledge. Other languages and applications i.e. ASP, .Net, IIS, Crystal Reports, MS-SQL and Oracle a plus. Some System Adminstration skills a plus. Bachelor degree preferred but not necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service (Our #1 Priority).
Daily documentation of all work performed.
Must me a team player and be willing to work independently when needed.
Must have the ability to manage all aspects of projects from concept, costing, prototyping, implementation and on-going support.
Must be able to pick up and assist with on going projects.

Job requirements:
Applicants must have extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software, have excellent troubleshooting skills, have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Operating systems (including 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, 2003, 2000 Server and 2003 Server). Must be MSCE Server 2003 and passed exams 70-284 and/or 70-285 as elective exam. Must have 2 to 3 year experience in installing and Administering Active Directory and Exchange. Applicants must have a good working knowledge of IIS, DNS and Terminal Services. Citrix knowledge helpful. Must have a good working knowledge of networking, routing, VPNs, email, DNS, firewalls, etc. Applicants must be well organized and customer service focused. Bachelor Degree preferred but not necessary. Energetic, Go-getter attitude. Linux knowledge helpful.

Job Responsibilities:
Successful applicants will be responsible for:

Troubleshooting and repair of all hardware components of PC and Servers.

Troubleshooting all aspects of large scale networks (vpn, routing, email, DNS, web, etc).
New installation of servers and networks.
Diagnosis and remedy of spyware and viruses.
Backup and Recovery of data.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and under stressful conditions.
Willingness to travel (mostly light)

Golden Technologies has openings for Technical Specialists in Valparaiso and South Bend.

Job requirements:
Applicants must have extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software, have excellent troubleshooting skills, have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Operating systems (including 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, 2003, 2000 Server and 2003 Server).
Applicants must have a good working knowledge of Windows 2000 ADS, Exchange, IIS, DNS and Terminal Services. Citrix knowledge helpful.
Extensive knowledge of networking, routing, VPNs, email, DNS, firewalls, etc. is required.
Applicants must be well organized and customer service focused.
Bachelor Degree preferred but not necessary.
Linux knowledge helpful.
Certifications helpful but not necessary.
