Steve co-founded Golden Technologies after leaving the Process Technology group at Bethlehem Steel, where he spent seven years. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt trained by General Electric and has several management certifications. Steve's vision of excellence in quality and customer satisfaction has been a driving principle in the company. Steve grew up in Valparaiso, where he now lives with his family. |

Greg also co-founded Golden Technologies when leaving Bethlehem Steel's Systems department after a seven year career. During that time he was involved in many projects, including a Level 2 computer upgrade at the 5 Stand Tandem Mill. He is a member of the Valparaiso Rotary club, along with Steve Massa, where he sits on the Board of Directors and co-chairs the membership committee. Greg is committed to exceeding our customer's expectations in every aspect of our business. |

Scott Dujmovich started his professional career in January, 1999 as a process control engineer at Bethlehem Steel where he built a strong background in programming and mechanical systems. After 17 months of mastering video games (quake) and extensive long hours of computer nerd training, Scott joined the Golden Team in August, 2001. Scott is the head of the Network Engineering and Service Department for which he has vast knowledge in network design, implementation and consulting for networks such as Microsoft, Linux, Unix, VMS and Macintosh. His hobbies include researching everything computer related in hopes of someday achieving the title of 'super nerd' by a group of his peers. He also likes long walks in small computer rooms. |

Steve also began his professional career at Bethlehem Steel, starting in June of 1998 as an engineer in the Quality and Process Technology department. While at Bethlehem, Steve was involved in several areas including project management, statistical process analysis and web application development. He successfully completed General Electric's Six Sigma Black Belt curriculum and has worked as a team leader on several Six Sigma projects. Steve concluded his stretch at Bethlehem as a member of an elite Six Sigma Black Belt team active in plant wide improvements. Joining Golden Technologies in January of 2001, he is currently head of the Application and Web Development Department. Steve utilizes his engineering, programming and analysis skills to design and implement custom solutions involving virtually any combination of programming language and platform. He enjoys being part of a highly skilled team in a fast growing company exploring all areas of the ever evolving technology field. |
