Additionally, a CMS can help manage workflow and quality control by allowing certain permissions to be set for various authors, editors, and publishers of content. For instance, several authors may be able to upload content. When new content is uploaded an email can be generated to an editor, who reviews and approves the material, and ultimately publishes the information to the website with a simple click of a button.
